Ashley grew up with Oak Island sand between her toes. In fact, she’s pretty sure her first trip to Oak Island was while her mother was pregnant. Ashley is fond of saying she could not get her little toes in the sand fast enough. After years of vacations, Ashley’s family decided to move to Oak Island and she finished growing up here. Her real estate career began in Greensboro, North Carolina but there wasn’t a day she didn’t think about moving back. Oak Island is a magical place for Ashley, and her passion for the area is what buyers and sellers can count on – she knows every corner, knows what buyers want and knows how to best position a property for sale. With her sons Cameron and Landon now growing up with Oak Island sand between their toes, Ashley is the person to see if you want to live where you play, or just own a little piece of your playground.
