Real estate is second nature to Peter Heck. It is more than his 40 years of experience in New Jersey, New York City and North Carolina – it is an innate ability to understand the inner workings of any kind of real estate transaction.
Peter firmly believes in knowing everything possible about the area in which his buyers and sellers are operating. He spends hours researching real estate trends, understanding future growth and development issues and running numbers of on investment potential. That research means that any client knows they are making decisions based on the best possible information.
A veteran of the United States Navy, Peter grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He worked in appraisals, land assemblage and workouts on behalf of major financial institutions for many years before making the move to Brunswick County in North Carolina.
As Broker-in-Charge of Three Rivers Realty, Peter and his wife Allyn think the best part of real estate here is helping others realize their dreams. “We are lucky to go to work every day,” says Peter. “Being here is our own dream – it’s great to use my experience to share that dream with others.”
